However, please have a look at our big 9 bedroom Blue Sky Lodge, it has a big 18 seater table in the lounge, so our guests can have their meetings there and we can give you details of a good local caterer if necessary.

We can also assist with a projector and screen at no charge, so effectively you could arrange your own conference using the midweek special self catering rate, which is a fraction of the cost of regular conference packages.

Due to the high cost of regular conference packages there is a sharp increase in the demand for companies to book our big lodges in the midweek on a self catering basis. This works out considerably cheaper that the regular 24 hour full service conference package.

The feedback received from clients is that they enjoy the standard of the accommodation and venue and the bomas, pool decks and beautiful views provide the perfect informal setting for creative minds to develop strategies and plans away from the office and other formal conference venues.

Self catering food and drinks significantly reduce the costs of a conference.

We can arrange bed configuration as per your requirements - each room has an en-suite bathroom with either bath or shower and the beds can either be 1 double bed per room or twin single beds per room.

THE PERFEST SETTING FOR OUR TEAM!
The accommodation was absolutely fabulous and perfectly suited to our management conference. One of the biggest advantages is its close proximity to Johannesburg — an easy and convenient drive.

The lodges were truly amazing: spacious, extremely comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed, including ample crockery, plates, and kitchen facilities. The boma and braai areas were outstanding — large, well laid out, and ideal for hosting groups. The views were honestly spectacular and added to the overall experience.

The service was top-notch throughout our stay. Robert was incredibly attentive and always available, whether we needed last-minute assistance, additional ice, or help with room arrangements. The cleaning staff were equally impressive — efficient, friendly, and thorough.

The conference setup worked perfectly.

Overall, the accommodation exceeded our expectations and played a key role in the success of our conference. I would highly recommend it for corporate events, management retreats, as well as personal getaways.

Our 3 self catering private lodges each have stone fireplaces and private pool decks and bomas, with beautiful views overlooking the Hartbeespoort dam and surrounding Magaliesberg mountains.

Sky Lodge comprises 3 big private lodges on top of the hill that can accommodate up to 40 guests sharing, or 20 single guests with private rooms (20 ensuite bedrooms) in total. We can do the beds a combination of either double beds per room, or twin single beds per room as per your request.
